Andrey Makiyevskiy’s primary experience lies in the event, hospitality and venture capital sectors where he works
with people across the globe to develop, build and support innovative companies and products. He has served in
managerial roles of companies around the world and has a proven track record in the event and hospitality space.
Andrey holds a BA degree from New York University and is also an international globetrotter, having spoken publicly
at many conferences and events like TEDx. He is also an advisor to companies around the world.

Kate Maguire is part of a growing community of entrepreneurs who have been building their business careers from an early age. With Commercial Finance & Operational experience at Microsoft over the past few years, Kate is a Co-Founder at AIM Experience Group providing ongoing financial and strategic advice to AIM Experience Group since its inception. Kate has also worked in the International Tax Division at KPMG as well as EY and gained start-up experience at 3D4Medical. Alongside this, Kate brings Board experience to the company as she is an active Board member at IMC, a non-for-profit music organisation based in Ireland.

Ian Kidd is an established luxury hospitality expert with over 25 years of experience in high-end hotel management, operations, and consulting. As the COO of AIM Experience Group, Ian brings a deep commitment to operational excellence, quality analysis, and the development of elevated guest experiences. Prior to joining AIM, Ian founded Ian Kidd Consulting in 2021, where he specialises in hotel development, quality analysis, and hospitality operations for luxury brands, including Raffles, Fauchon, and IHG.
Ian has held senior leadership positions at prestigious properties including The Savoy, Claridge’s, Mandarin Oriental Paris, and Carton House Hotel & Resort, with expertise in both F&B and Rooms operations.
Beginning his hospitality journey as a professional chef, Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Surrey, England.
His leadership at AIM Experience Group leverages his passion for quality, refined service, and his extensive knowledge of luxury standards to deliver unique, personalised experiences for AIM’s exclusive clientele.

Known for her commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and with a background working in leading luxury tour operators in the UK and abroad, and as former head of the concierge department for a luxury private jet charter company in London, Clare has refined her expertise in delivering bespoke, seamless services that meet the highest standards of excellence.
Furthermore, she has built strong relationships globally across the luxury sector. Now as Director of AIM Memberships, Clare leads with a vision to expand and grow our community of like-minded members through curated member experiences, personalised events, and a commitment to consistently exceeding expectations.
