Application Process

This isn’t your ordinary members’ club — this is a community. To protect the quality of our community and ensure members connect with like-minded travellers who share the same values, each applicant is required to have a brief call with one of our team members as part of their application review process. This is typically conducted after the application form is submitted (unless it has already taken place).

AIM Experience Group can act as your dedicated corporate in-house travel specialist, delivering exceptional experiences from concept to completion, or as a seamless extension of your existing team — allowing them the flexibility to focus on internal coordination while we take care of everything else. AIM Collective gives your brand access to both our private and corporate member communities, bringing like-minded individuals together beyond the corporate environment. Rooted in shared curiosity, these experiences allow members to naturally expand their global network and gain fresh perspectives through rare access to people, places, and moments usually kept out of reach.

Membership Privileges & Inclusions

  • A dedicated Experiential Travel Designer for your organisation who can act as an extension to your existing team, or your go-to person for all of your yearly corporate travel requirements.
  • An on-site team to guarantee a seamless execution of your experiences (the designer’s travel cost is to be agreed and covered separately).
  • Access for the company’s principal to join one of our signature Member Experiences that is typically only offered to AIM Explorer members. This serves as a purposeful bridge into our global member community, allowing your leadership to naturally expand their network through rare access to people and places usually kept out of reach (to be paid separately based on the experience chosen and the associated fees).
  • Access to a dedicated app for gathering travel recommendations as well as experience ideas, keeping track of your travel credit and more.
  • An invitation for two team members to join our networking experience available exclusively for our AIM Collective members. This will start in 2027.
